“Best Vacation Ever!”

Our family (two kids, 20 and 22) spent over a week here for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The villas are clean, extremely comfortable and are well supplied with everything you need. The grounds are beautiful, the beach is clean and relaxing, sunsets are gorgeous, bar has great service, drinks and food. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We have already booked a stay here for this coming Christmas holiday.

“Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club Was Perfect!”

This was one of the best trips we ever took. We went in late Mar/early April. The booking experience through VRBO was super easy and we pre-paid which was nice to get that out of the way early. This hotel is absolutely perfect for a larger family. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ages 8-13. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, relax, watch TV, eat. Great kitchen, new appliances and accessories. I didn’t know what to expect from the guaranteed ocean view but we were in 6202 overlooking an empty lot and Brennake Beach. We learned that this was an ideal location as we saw the sunrise every morning and the sunset at night plus a small view of the ocean and the crowds so we could judge how crowded or not crowded the beach would be that day. The linens were comfy. The room was cleaned once mid week and that was fine by us. The promxity to multiple beaches and hotels/restaurants was perfect for us. We will definitely go back.

“Wonderful Location and Friendly Staff”

We stayed in 2014 with our sons (13 and 9). Located next to Poipu Beach which has best snorkeling and a short walk to Brennecke’s to boogie board. Shopping center and restaurant just 3 mins away. Our unit was clean and very spacious. Staff friendly and onsite activity center had fun organized events for kids like fishing in the ponds plus game station and ping pong table. Will definitely return if we visit Kauai again.

We really enjoyed our time in the Residence. The staff were friendly and kept the condo very clean. Also enjoyed all the restaurants on the property. Took the sailboat to St. John for dinner one evening which was a great experience.

We would recommend this again and again – the Marriott chain is the best and we have never yet been disappointed! You only need to bring some clothes, beach wear and they provide everything else! A store on site at the Marriott for anything you did forget or did not want to pack! Love this chain and the location! We will be back for sure! Breathtaking beauty of the sand, water and mountains all around the shops restaurants etc…ask for your concierge at Marriott and you will have it all; fun things and dinner all planned out!

Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove is a beautiful property with fabulous accommodations. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo through Redweek, but we were treated as if we were owners. From the very first contact to the last, the staff was friendly, professional, and super nice. The manager even called me personally after I reported an issue with our TV. I would definitely recommend this resort!

We usually book our vacation through our timeshare which is a stress free way of planning. We put in requests, then just pack and go. This last vacation was the first time in a very long time we actually had to “book” our own hotel. It was a frustrating, stress filled experience to say the least. “Beautiful Location”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom timeshare condo at Harborside Village in September 2014. It was a nice condo, but similar to all of the timeshare condo’s we have been to. It was a little dated, but nice. This resort is part of Atlantis so you can you all of Atlantis’ pools, beaches, etc. They have a shuttle to take you to the other areas on the property. It is a very large area so the shuttle is great. We got a taxi at the airport from a lady named Big Mama. She was very nice and even stopped at a food store for us so we could stock up before we got to the resort. The prices for everything are at least double what we pay in the US so beware. The weather was hot and pools were great.

“This One Beats Them All”

We stayed at the Aruba Surf Club over our Easter break in 2015. We just got back and I’m ready to book for next year. The weather there is the best I’ve seen anywhere. The two bedroom villa easily accommodated our family of 5. The villa was well appointed with the right appliances, quality towels, and a comfortable bed. The pool was really the selling point for us. The lazy river along with the water slide kept our kids occupied for the whole week. There are plenty of shaded lounge chairs and some with all the sun you want. The pool is warm and well maintained and clean. The grounds are well maintained and there is always someone from the very friendly staff close by to answer questions and assist. The ocean beach is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do there, as well. The Marriott also organizes a ton of fun daily activities for the kids. Our kids got to make a teddy bear, play bingo, play beach volleyball, and have an iguana encounter just to name a few. We’ve been to a number of places in Florida and Hawaii and this one beats them all. It’s that nice. We will probably be going back for a number of years.

We stayed at the Marriott Surf Club in March and enjoyed this property very much. We rented a 2 bedroom unit and found it was spacious enough for our family of 7. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds at the Surf Club were very beautiful and well maintained. This is a very busy place but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time at the Surf Club. I’ll be honest, I am a difficult person to please when it comes to accommodations. Everything about the island and the Marriott properties is consistently outstanding. We will be returning for many years to come.

The surf club was perfect for our family. I have a 2 yr old and we went with another couple that had a 4 yr old. The room was great and provided everything we could have needed. We stayed in the lighthouse tower and it was perfect location to beach and pool. The front desk was great! We will be back.

Choosing the right place to stay in Aruba, was quite overwhelming for me. I looked at houses to rent, hotels, b &b’s – anything and everything. I was traveling to Aruba to celebrate my 50th birthday, and wanted to make sure I have a memorable experience- .. well that was DONE- because of #Marriot Aruba Surf Club and Concierge Reality who made the arrangements. I sent out hundreds of emails ( literally ) but when I received a reply from Amy at CR, I was thrilled and jumped on the offer. I rented a 2 bedroom- ocean view room, and it was the BEST– absolutely brilliant. Decor of room was lovely, beds comfortable , kitchen well stocked with everything I need to cook ( if I choose) , room service, best concierge on site to help with everything, and our room has a front row seat to the breathtaking sunsets each night. the resort it self, was so well maintained, and had everything that I only left one day ( out of 7 days) .. I did go to dinner around the island, and each suggested place by the resort was a hit! the super bonus is that you have access to Marriot Ocean and Marriot Stella. A shuttle bus takes you in between the resorts, and even a little further to another resort ( which I won’t give publicity to) .. The Surf Club, also creates a friendly environment and everyone becomes familiar. the staff are always polite, and i am sure they are giving them happy juice in the morning. there was one lady who cleaned on the first floor ( I should have asked her name) , it was so lovely to hear her sing hymns as she cleaned. I think that brightened everyone day as they walked by ( regardless of religious believe). I can go on and go– with GREAT Stories and perks that make your visit so enjoyable– FREE ice at pool side – makes a difference, when you have your own little stash ( I didn’t have to hide, they allow) .. Jacuzzis everywhere– enough for everyone- POOLS POOLS POOLS! everywhere! and you are RIGHT on the BEACH- not across the street- not a STONE away– RIGHT ON Beach-. FOOD is affordable and delicious! Lots of choices. Don’t get throw off with the stories about the chair tags! ( its hilarious) yes you have tag a chair and yes, people wake up very early to do. After two days of trying this ( and loosing each day to the seniors) — i gave in, and still got a chair .. the place is TOO big NOT to get a chair! the beach is a little trickier, but for $20.00 you can rent chair and an umbrella.

This was an excellent choice for travel with two couples. Shared living space with as much privacy as each couple wanted, I especially liked the separate exterior door. The fact that we could cook and pack our coolers for the pool and beach were fantastic. We enjoyed three of the restaurants on the Marriot site, they were really good. The staff and servers were top notch. I would recommend this way to travel to anyone.

The rooms were exquisite and the service was a “10″. So many great restaurants within easy walking and a fireworks show twice in one week. From the beaches to the night ambiance our vacation was a wonderful, restful and convenient journey. Basked most days in the Lazy River or the Serenity Pool sipping Mojitos, reading and relaxing. I highly recommend the Aruba Surf Club!”

“Spring Break in Paradise 2015”

Came with my wife and 2 kids (son 15, daughter 17) Easter/Passover week after spending many years at the Marriott’s Surf Club in Aruba. The two bedroom suite was great, and the kids each had a queen bed and therefore did not have to fight over a sofa bed. We were able to get good seats by the pool as long as we went down before 8, and no one gave us a problem when we left our towels and other stuff to hold our chairs. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the grounds were clean and nice. The resort was very mellow and relaxing, and the crowd was almost all families. There were daily activities by the pool for kids and adults, as well as daily happy hour specialties. There is access by shuttle or by walking path to the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef, where there is a spa and other amenities. There is also shuttle service to Havana Blue, the Sand Bar and one other restaurant at the Morning Star Beach Resort just down the road. I would recommend renting a car, which gives you the flexibility to explore the island and to go to some different beaches and restaurants you might not want to take a cab to. Hard to say if taking taxis everywhere would have been the same as I paid for my rental car, but we were glad we did it. We also rented a mini van, which I would not recommend given the hills and crazy driving on the island. Better off renting a jeep. All in all, great relaxing vacation, would highly recommend St. Thomas and Frenchman’s Cove.

“Excellent Property, Location and Service”

Though it took us three days to arrive in St. Thomas as we battled storms in the Northeast, the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. We have traveled extensively and would rate our condominium experience at some of the best we have had. Large, spacious, well appointed with a great kitchen. I am the cook and what I needed was there when I needed it. Staff were gracious, friendly and helpful. I had read reviews complaining about needing to take elevators to the beach. St. Thomas is one continuous mountain region and one is either climbing up or down and quite frankly having elevator access was a positive experience. We had our welcome dinner at the restaurant and though we had a power failure, staff were attentive and apologetic though they could not control the electricity. My wife and I walked each morning through the adjacent properties along the walkways, visiting the iguanas clinging to the cliffs at the waterfall, we had a morning breakfast looking at the ocean in the sister restaurant and all was good. It is fair to say that a car ( a jeep) is a necessity on St. Thomas if you intend to see any of the island and the walking from Frenchman’s Cove to the grocery store, which we did, is hair-raising as there is no sidewalk. We could and did drive there in a minute or two. Taxis are VERY expensive. We had also read a critique of the beach in front of the property. My wife and I are both swimmers and snorkelers and we swam each day. As long as you obey the signs and enter near the wharf, we had no issues with urchins or coral. If you want a large, open to the ocean beach, waves and all, just walk around the property to the sister site and there it is. I honestly don’t gush about properties but this facility is one of our best experiences in a long list of countries and properties. We would stay there again in a minute.

I must tell you that my wife & I have traveled extensively around the world. The Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Cove & Hotel is ONE of the Most beautiful venue’s in the world. The service was impeccable. In fact we took our 10 week grand daughter & occasionally would want to get her out of the heat & inside the hotel lobby. Employees came up to my daughter & wife offering water & towels & asked if they could do anything for them. Unbelievable great customer service. The food was outstanding. Our room was perfect. The Marriott Ko’Olina staff were amazing. Everytime you pass by a staff member they greet you with aloha. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The scenery and location, breathtaking. Our ocean view suite was well worth the small difference between garden view and ocean view. So worth it, especially for the sunset watching. Longboards restaurant is great for casual food. You can wear your bathing suit, flip flops and cover up and your’re fine. Great view of the ocean, beach side. Chucks in the hotel is nice but their salad bar was lacking. Menu could offer a bit more, very limited but for just a little bit more than longboards, you can enjoy a nice sit down meal in a less casual surrounding. View isn’t as spectacular as longboards though. It would be great if they had one more nic restaurant on the property. The convenience store/starbucks was great, served fast food and ice cream. Souvenirs too. ABC Country Market Store is available through the free shuttle the hotel offers. If you want to do extensive grocery shopping you can grab a cab or rent a car by the hour in the hotel lobby to hit costco or local area grocery stores. The fireworks on July 4th, were awesome, we watched from our balcony. So relaxing!

“Ko Olina Christmas 2014 Weekend”

Ko Olina was a very nice experience, very much of a family oriented resort. I enjoyed Yoga and other exercise classes by the Beach and nice Beech Cafe with wonderful Island drinks. We had a 2 Bedrooms unit, it was comfortable and spacious. We also enjoyed shopping at the market right in the resort including the Farmer’s Market and enjoyed cooking few of our meals in our unit. This was a very relaxing and fun trip. I can’t wait to go back again. The fireworks on New Year’s eve was spectacular.

“AMAZING!!!”

Hi Dana! Staying at the Marriott Maui Ocean Club was AMAZING!!! The view form our ocean front condo was fabulous! The whales that are there in February were fun to watch from our condo. In our family of 4 adults and 3 small kids that shared the 3 bedroom condo we all had a great time. The resort has so many activities for all ages to enjoy. All the pools and slides were so much fun, there was never a dull moment. The staff was exceptional and we definitely will return.

“Exquisite Time”

We had an exceptionally wonderful time at the Marriott Grand Dunes. We had two pre-teens with us and this facility offered enough amenities to keep them entertained and smiles on their faces which is hard with girls, at this stage. The weather was beautiful the entire week. Our unit was close to one pool but we did not use it the entire week since we were there to enjoy the beach and we rented beach chairs & umbrellas for the week. The girls enjoyed having enough freedom going to the community store to buy snacks & drinks; to the grill for an afternoon drink/ice; or a late night run for their oatmeal & mac n’ cheese cups. The resort is close to all the hot spots in Myrtle Beach so you do not need to travel far for anything: Broadway at the Beach, South Myrtle, etc. The suites are extremely clean and very modern. We could not have been happier with our suite, especially since we found it on the internet!

“Best Vacation Ever!”

Our family (two kids, 20 and 22) spent over a week here for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. The villas are clean, extremely comfortable and are well supplied with everything you need. The grounds are beautiful, the beach is clean and relaxing, sunsets are gorgeous, bar has great service, drinks and food. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We have already booked a stay here for this coming Christmas holiday.

“Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club Was Perfect!”

This was one of the best trips we ever took. We went in late Mar/early April. The booking experience through VRBO was super easy and we pre-paid which was nice to get that out of the way early. This hotel is absolutely perfect for a larger family. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ages 8-13. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, relax, watch TV, eat. Great kitchen, new appliances and accessories. I didn’t know what to expect from the guaranteed ocean view but we were in 6202 overlooking an empty lot and Brennake Beach. We learned that this was an ideal location as we saw the sunrise every morning and the sunset at night plus a small view of the ocean and the crowds so we could judge how crowded or not crowded the beach would be that day. The linens were comfy. The room was cleaned once mid week and that was fine by us. The promxity to multiple beaches and hotels/restaurants was perfect for us. We will definitely go back.

We stayed in 2014 with our sons (13 and 9). Located next to Poipu Beach which has best snorkeling and a short walk to Brennecke’s to boogie board. Shopping center and restaurant just 3 mins away. Our unit was clean and very spacious. Staff friendly and onsite activity center had fun organized events for kids like fishing in the ponds plus game station and ping pong table. Will definitely return if we visit Kauai again.

“Ritz Repeat Visitor”

We have traveled to The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club in St. Thomas many times (10 or more). It is a beautiful property. Wonderful views, soft sandy beach, some of the best snorkeling on in the Virgin Islands, plenty of comfortable beach chairs with ample shade, several pools (adult only and kids). The scuba diving with Patagon Dive Center was five star. The units are perfectly appointed – large rooms, kitchens fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal, clean with twice a day service. The staff does everything they can to make your stay perfect.

“Couldn’t Have Been Happier”

We booked a last minute trip to St. Thomas and came across the Ritz-Carlton Club and couldn’t have been happier! We stayed in a 3 bedroom will 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, huge furnished patio and a laundry room. The location is incredible and easy to navigate your way around to all the tourist attractions. The resort itself had great food, beautiful beach, water sports and activities for the kids. The resort is very catering to anything you need and staff that really goes the extra mile.

Wow! Do as much or as little as you want at this full service, exceptional resort. The condo was enormous and could have held twice our number easily. It was exceptionally well maintained The lap of luxury? I think so. Head to the hotel pool and “sails” pub/ restaurant. That’s also where you will find sailing and snorkel excursions as well as an abundance of water sports. The food in the restaurants was very good. Blue served the richest meal I had eaten in months. My two teenagers want to return annually. I’m all for it. We loved the trip. Thanks!

You can’t go wrong with the Ritz Club in St. Thomas. You will be glad this was your choice and really nothing else on the island compares. We have stayed on property four times and have never been disappointed. A little quiet for college age kids, but the water sports really make this great for kids of all ages. We always rent a car and spend a couple days in St. John for best beaches. Honeymoon Beach and Trunk Bay are beautiful. Favorite restaurants near Ritz: Old Stone Farmhouse and Caribbean Fish Market. We have used Concierge Realty for many bookings. Great prices and ease of booking.

Heidi Rustic from Concierge Realty was fabulous in helping us plan our trip to the Ritz Carlton, St Thomas. Every detail was handled perfectly by Heidi. The Ritz Carlton, St Thomas was fantastic. Our unit was stunning and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The staff at the Ritz are amazing. They always had a smile on their face from the wait staff at the restaurants to the maids that clean your unit everyday. Could not ask for a more relaxing vacation.

“Great resort- better than any hotel you could book!”

Booking a vacation villa or condo is the way to go when visiting Orlando. It’s a much better alternative to cramming our family of five (parents and teens) into a 2-bedroom hotel. Once you consider that a hotel will also charge probably a $30 resort fee per night, plus $25 parking fee per night, a villa/condo with twice the space is a much better value. I’d rather spend $100-200 for a week of (healthier) breakfast groceries, snacks and drinks, than have a mediocre free breakfast at another hotel property.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is an upscale, beautiful property with plenty of pools and activities, barbeque areas, pool bars and restaurants. We booked a 3-bedroom presidential suite (2 bedrooms with a king in each, and 1 bedroom with 2 queens) through Heidi at Concierge Realty and it was a very straight-forward process. The room itself was recently upgraded, clean, very spacious and luxurious. Management provided enough coffee filters, dish soap and dishwasher detergent for a week, and laundry soap for a few loads. Kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and tool one would need including a blender. The location of the property within Disney limits is very convenient- we rented a van so can’t comment on the park transportation. Orlando is very spread out so I can’t imagine not having a vehicle, unless you were just going to visit Disney parks only.

“Beautiful resort and close to all disney properties”

The first condo assigned to us had problems – fridge and air conditioning, also there were a lack of linens in the unit. The next day the manager of our building came by and offered us another unit. We were not thrilled about moving , but there was the same type of unit next door, so we did move. After we were settled in, I would give bonnet creek an excellent rating. I do want to say the manager of our building was great. She handled our problems in a very professional manner and made sure we were comfortable in our new unit.

“Outstanding Wyndham Bonnet Creek”

I didn’t get to stay at Bonnet Creek in March but have stayed there two other times. This is one of my favorite resorts to stay at. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. They leave plenty of essentials for dishes and laundry, etc. Ample towels. The path around the resort is fabulous to walk. I recently stayed at another resort that was not Wyndham due to unavailability at Bonnet Creek. Even though it was nice, it definitely did not compare to Wyndham. The beds are more comfortable at Bonnet Creek and the amenities at Bonnet creek were so much better. Would highly recommend Bonnet Creek and will stay there again.
