What ever you are doing you seem to be doing it right. I have spoken to several ladies who work for Concierge Realty. What a breath of fresh air. Each time I am sort of in disbelief…..I have almost been treated like a friend with the tone of their voices is actually sounds that way. Such lovely upbeat smiles coming right through the phone line. This is the way it SHOULD be….but most of the time it isn’t. If you did not train any of them to do this, your selection process of staffing is MAGNIFICENT. Who you have working for you represents you! Well done! I am still in the process of completing my rental agreement…and I already know that I will be very nicely taken care of by whomever helps me through it.
