This September The Royal Resorts’ sea turtle protection team announced the rescue of 3,773 baby sea turtles as of this year. Since 1998, The Royal Resorts have been committed to the protection of the nesting turtles and to date have been involved in the protection of 6,264 nests and released a staggering 522,394 turtles.

Early in the Summer, adult sea turtles emerge from the ocean to lay eggs on the beautiful beaches of Cancun, Mexico. At dusk during the months of September through October guests are invited to join the Royal Resort guards on the beach and witness the baby turtles being released.
