Marriott’s Grande Vista, the largest Marriott timeshare in Orlando with 900 villas, is located near Sea World themed park and its water park Aquatica.  It opened its doors in 1997 with the last phase completed in 2007.  The resort offers a variety of activities to its owners but the spotlight is taken by the Nick Faldo golf institute and its nine hole golf course.

A full service restaurant is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Nick’s Grill. For rest and relaxation, the complex offers two pools with two bars.  A walking trail, fitness center, bicycle rentals, boat rentals, tennis courts, pool table, arts and crafts are among the activities available in the resort.  Due to the size of the buildings, all of them offer elevators for easy access to the villas.

Grande Vista is part of the Florida Club.  It offers two bedroom lock-offs and three bedroom lock-offs.  There are no fixed weeks in this resort.  Platinum season covers January through March, all Summer,
