Hot Summer Nights is one of Myrtle Beach’s most popular summer entertainment programs. It takes place at Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Plyler Park, featuring free family-friendly entertainment throughout the summer.
For the 2026 season, the event began on June 8 and includes:
- DJ Glow Parties on Mondays
- Themed entertainment on Tuesdays
- Live music on Wednesdays and Fridays
- Karaoke nights on Thursdays
- Tropical Beach Parties on Saturdays
- Live entertainment on Sundays
- Fireworks over the ocean after Wednesday evening concerts during the summer season.
A few reasons visitors like it:
- Most activities are free.
- It’s right on the oceanfront, making it easy to combine with a beach day.
- The entertainment is geared toward families, couples, and vacationers of all ages.
- The Boardwalk area has restaurants, shops, arcades, and attractions nearby.
Concerts are free and take place Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00–8:00 PM, with fireworks following Wednesday shows at 9:00 PM. The line up of artists is:
