How Bookings Work

We’re thrilled to help you secure the vacation of a lifetime! At the time of your booking request, a hold for the amount is placed on your credit card when processing your request. One of our agents will work to complete your booking request. Inventory is very fluid, in the rare event your booking request is unable to be completed, your hold will be released back to your credit card. We always recommend not booking airfare until you have received your completed booking from your agent.
